Annual Pass Pickup Question

Hello All -

Does anyone know how late the ticketing kiosks stay open right now at the front gates of the parks? Ive been on hold twice for over an hour and haven’t been able to get through to customer service.

I’ve decided to go this weekend and I don’t want to waste time fighting crowds on Saturday morning to pick up my ticket. My thought was to get there after work on Friday, but that probably wouldn’t be until 8:30-9:00pm (parks are open until 10pm).

I’m not staying onsite - is there a workaround I don’t know about?

City Walk has desk near the Pizza place where I have picked up tickets in the past, still wouldn't know how late it is maned.

The guest services booth between the Coldstone and Red Oven (behind the escalators on the left as you walk towards IOA) should still be open when you get there between 8:30 and 9:00. They are very helpful there and will get you everything you need.

You have the right idea to go late and take advantage of the free parking
