Seems like I'm an outlier on here, but I'm hyped for Doomsday, especially after the leaked XMen trailer. Doom is going to be an awesome villain, but I'm interested to see how Russos/Feige handle RDJ's return

My longtime notion is it will be an alternate universe version of Iron Man that became Doctor Doom instead.

Would love to be proven wrong though.

I'm sure it will be good but sucks they have to pretend the last phases didn't happen

Along with more Nostalgic bating, I love the X-men but it would be nice for more set ups instead of just everything is Deadpool and Spiderman and movies that aren't even in the MCU are why these films are so hyped up

Thor 4 being bad was the moment everyone realized the MCU didn't matter anymore. Ragnarok was such a fun and energetic turnaround for the character, and he was an absolute highlight of an already star-studded Infinity War. It's one thing if Black Widow, Hawkeye, Bucky, or Doctor Strange have middling films or shows, but everyone was looking to Thor, and Taika fumbled.

This is the Thor portrayal that I've been hoping for. I still hope and expect him to be a little goofy a la his Ragnarok / IW portrayal, but Hemsworth is a terrific actor who shows a lot of genuine pathos through this hunk god. Thor has been through so much loss and grief, nearing upon a decade since he lost everyone in his life nearly at once. I'm really excited to see where they take him here.

It really seems like this story will be about parenthood, and I'm certain to some extent, passing the torch to younger generations. That should've been a cleaner throughline of the last few phases, but better late than never I suppose.

I think there's a lot of good in Thor 4, but when it's bad, it's some of the worst stuff in the MCU.

As far as the trailer, it's silly that it's getting released, as the internet is already talking about the next one with the X-Men.

Someone over at Disney is a marketing genius. No way we're getting all these leaks that seemingly coordinate and touch on different parts of the fan base, driving conversation forward, for what has been previously one of the most guarded franchises of all time.

Looks like they finally got me with this trailer. Nostalgia is a hell of a drug.

I will give Marvel this…what originally started as a teaser playing to echoes in an opening night screening of Avatar has turned into weekly anticipation for fans. The build up for each trailer is solid and if they continue this trend and make each reveal more promising leading up to a full trailer release - this marketing move might end up being pretty valuable.

Aaaaaaand we're back to the quality of the Steve Rogers trailer. God, Marvel takes 5 steps forward and 10 steps back. Like, just release a Doom-centric trailer instead...especially if the best you can do is the Wakandans walking through a desert, Namor staring off into the distance, and Shuri and Ben Grimm shaking hands. LAME!!!!!

Well to be fair the movie is still 11 whole months away. It'll be awhile before we get anything resembling a full trailer.
