Bringing Back Refillable Souvineers

Does anyone know if those refillable popcorn buckets as well as the harry potter souvineer butterbeer mugs can be brought back and used to purchase the refill price for the drink and popcorn??

The butterbeer steins can be refilled, but only at Hog's Head or the Three Broomsticks. As far as I'm aware, you can only get refills on popcorn buckets on the same day it was purchased.
