On 3rd party ticket sites Universal is now selling a 2018 Season Pass good for visits through December 13th 2018 and subject to the 2018P blackout calendar. Full price for the 2018 Season Pass is $129 and $109 online.

I think you are mixing this up with something else. The Ca Neighbor pass was a seasonal Uni only pass.
