It won't be long until Gru and the girls start making appearances.. heck, we might even see Vector eventually. I'm assuming all Despicable Me characters will only be seen around Minion Mayhem once it opens. Here's a photo of the characters in USF:

I'm sorry, but I really like Krusty. I'm not sure what it is, but it just seems cool having him walk around Krustyland.

Krusty definitely has one of the highest quality (full body) costumes in the parks.
