I wonder if the new venue is not a new venue at all--because of the walkway from the Central Security Hub.

I’m surprised how long it lasted for how pricey and mid the food is.

The CityWalk tax. I think Panda is the only restaurant there that maintains normal pricing.

Getting ready for these $20+ box combos when Raising Canes opens . If that’s the case I’ll probably just drive down to the Lankershim location instead.

I mean I've never been to one thats fairly priced But also many of them are in locations that do have require food to cost more but in CA, its not hard to find a good burger so for these prices I'd rather uber over to Inn and out down the street then pay them what they wanted for a very mid hamburger

Better idea: Just go down the street to Easy Street. Now THAT is a good burger!

CityWalk’s new map at the old iFly location lists “Mr. BBQ” in Johnny Rocket’s old space.

NBA Store should be opening soon. Merch is being prepped in the shelving now for the storefront, as the side entrance by Bubba Gump seems to be finished and ready.

NBA merch spotted in the store... though the front still needs a fair bit of work. But I suppose they could open just the side entrance for now.

Bathrooms! Because of proximity, they’re installing a new bathroom set for those entering from Eastside Security Hub.

Popcornopolis is being replaced by (*and you won't believe it*), a Universal-owned and Citywalk branded Popcorn store.

I wonder if they'll have unique flavors, like what Japan has.

The NBA Store has officially opened in Citywalk Hollywood! On Offer inside the store, is a customize lab for personalized merchandise.


Additionally, CityWalk Pop will be the home for collectable sipper cups and popcorn buckets.

In case anyone is interested, the AP Appreciate Days Toothsome milkshake is coffee ice cream, with a chocolate creame top and pretzels.

Also, the Citywalk Production Central store has closed, presumably for their change to the HHN merch store.

That's a pass for me. I remember having the espresso buzzzz Toothsome used to have, couldn't finish it (I get sick of the taste of coffee real quick, it's mocha or bust for me) and ended up needing the restroom real bad almost right after I was done with it. XD

I apologize in advance for the glare, but the window wraps are down at Slice House! I'll try to get a better picture when I'm back next week. Slice House announced on their Instagram that the restaurant is opening in "Early October", so we should see doors opening within the next few weeks!

Apparently there is a location open by the Burbank AMC. Haven’t gone there yet but if you go there, you’ll get a sense of what that location will be like.

The Halal Guys seems to be no longer going to Universal Citywalk Hollywood. All promotional wraps have since been removed of the branded location, and have been replaced by a blank "New Venue Coming Soon".
