Variety is reporting that Emerald Fennell, the director of Oscar Nominated director and writer Emerald Fennell; to write the first live action theatrical take on Zatanna.

Zatanna, would be the first in the line of WB/DC/Bad Robot films; as part of the alluded towards Darkverse, and no release date has been given. Emerald's work goes to not just Promising Young Women, but also Killing Eve. No release date has dropped, nor do we have information on whom will be playing Zatanna.
