This NYC Restaurant Created The Most Insane Milkshakes You'll Ever Eat

NYC started the trend about a year ago. You can see a lot of inspiration in Toothsome and Planet Hollywood's milkshakes from the NYC originals. Also, sorry it's a Buzzfeed article. Couldn't find anything better.

I've actually been to Black Tap, it was very good. I got a Ice Cream Sandwich milkshake or something like that...

From people who actually have information, it's the MARKETPLACE that's not doing well, not the new stores (aside from a few here/there). The way the new garages let people out, you are either let out at the West side from the Orange garage or straight into Town Center from Lime. Marketplace has seen a big hit due to this.

This is interesting to me because as a tourist, I had no desire to go into any of those high end stores in the new area. I can go to one of many local malls if I wanted to go to these stores.
I was more interested in all of the original marketplace shops where all of the Disney merchandise is. I guess I may be in the minority.

They've been tweaking things to help bring guests over there a lot recently. With this, the other new holdiay offering "Festival of trees"(? )or something like that which is only in Marketplace and also Princess M&Gs in World of Disney.

Any word of show times? I would like to check this out but i'm not sure if it is possible between 2 nights sea world/univesal. The drone thing is cool. I hope they add them to the epcot show.

If you are coming later this month during the holiday season, I'd skip this. SeaWorld and Universal offer much better experiences. If anything skip Universal during the nighttime and go to Disney Springs.

Well universal has the steamroller show, but that is at 7-8. May be able to get to DS after that. Universal seems really lacking on the Christmas front.

Once this show starts, I shudder to think about DS traffic on weekend nights.

Anyone have a suggestion of where to park at Disney Springs to make a quick exit if it is possible?

Orange garage and park on a lower floor if possible. The exit from that garage loops you all the way around traffic and back onto Buena Vista Drive with no hassle.

Went full lifestyler mode, checked out the Christmas Tree Trail today. Really well done. Trees are about the size of what used to be in DAK, maybe even a little smaller, but each one has unique ornaments and its own sense of style. Fake bubble "snow" like Celebration as well. Will be beautiful at night, tho you'll miss a lot of the detail I imagine.

No surprise, drone show will be over the lake--expect Dockside Margaritas to have the best seats.

I have to agree - just based on a video I saw - it looked fairly cheap and an excuse to get sales at the Christmas store in Marketplace up. I wasn't expecting this to be great, but this basically looks about as rushed as the Frozen Summer Fun stuff a few years ago.

I honestly didn't even bother filming a walk-thru because it was so unfulfilling.

After seeing pictures and videos of the Christmas Tree Trail, I have to agree with Next Big Thing and Brian on this one. It's not impressive and it looks really cheap/rushed. The false tree I have at home is bigger then these trees, and the various Christmas Tree displays I see at the State Fair are bigger and better then these. Some of them might pass for a window display, but even then that might be pushing it.

I've also seen videos of some of the Holiday entertainment there and um...I think I've only seen one thing that doesn't creep me out in some fashion. This drone show hopefully will be at least decent, but I have a feeling even that'll be underwhelming.

Could you tell the various themes of the trees at night? Or is it just basically lit trees?

I've seen the "it's in a parking lot criticism" a few times on Twitter (apologies for putting words in your mouth, but I think that's what you're getting at). It was never going to be its own self-contained thing. Even ICE!, you can tell you're walking through a super-chilled convention center at all times, while Grinchmas does as little as the HHN houses to hide the fact it's contained in a soundstage. It's not even an A ticket ride, it's a display.

Oh get that it's just a display and I wasn't even complaining really about the location - I could care less about that. It just sort of looks a little cheap. Although I guess for tourists, it's a nice diversion while spending a night at Disney Springs.

I'm definitely looking forward to the drone show though. It should be interesting.

ICE! Is actually in the parking lot as well. You exit the convention center into a chilled tent with the carvings.
