I still doubt we see a MSHI replacement for another number of decades. Marvel is still a gigantic property and Universal would be dumb to trade it in.
I think TNBC is one of the most underutilized assets in Disney's lineup, at least when it comes to the parks. A proper land or dark ride would be wonderful; it allows them to sell holiday merch year-round and the visual identity of the IP is incredibly striking, immediately identifable, and timeless. An addition to DHS would be a dream come true.
I love the first movie, but I don't love the idea of an Incredibles land for DHS. Pixar already has such a firm hold on the park as is, and I would love to see more variety. I also think the visual style of the Incredibles is relatively uninteresting. I'm sure they could make a great ride with the IP, but it wouldn't be my first pick by any means.
I know Disney really wants to make fetch happen, but Simpsons is on the way out. Once the Universal contract ends, anything more than a takeover of what used to be Pixar Place is more space than the IP should take up in a modern park. Have a few meet n greet characters, allow people to buy a Krusty Burger or Donut Boy Donut, and have some merch stands, but that's about all I personally think the IP needs.
