There's only one program on the ride. It also only has 1 shot tank per tower, which is filling up with compressed air when you hear the giant WHHOOOSSH that can be heard all over. That shot tank is being pressurized with air, and when the air is released, that's what makes the vehicle launch upwards. Once that shot tank is drained, the "fun" part of the ride ends and it slowly bounces you back down on a "cushion" of air until you're on the ground again. The only way to make the ride last longer is to build another shot tank per tower so that 2 of them fill at the same time. One releases and it shoots the vehicle up, then when the vehicle comes back down, the 2nd one releases and does the same thing. That would require a long line of engineering and Creative and manufacturer design, which I'm sure Universal does not want to spend money on that.
