I have been reading up on Universal in the forums and on the site and from sheer carelessness I have gotten myself in a pickle.  I forgot to purchase and print the tickets before we left home.  If I pre-purchase can you pick them up at will call or do they have to be printed?

Do you have a smartphone? If so, you should be able to have them scan the PDF from your phone at the turnstile.

If that doesn't work, Guest Services might be able to print your tickets. Has anyone else had their tickets printed at the entrance plaza?

Yes, one time. It was in the annual pass building located near Saddle Ranch.
