Out of curiosity what is the source of these?

I believe the park used these for the approval process with the Coastal Commission and other bodies that have to approve for construction.

This is definitely going to change the skyline down there. I was just down in PB to visit my girlfriends brother and I was shocked how much electric eel stood out. I can’t wait to see this! I know the residents hate it but I think the coasters look amazing in San Diego’s beautiful surroundings
