Seems like a fair bet. I wonder if they’d make it a combo of the legacy store and a preview of what the next addition is at any of the parks… like all the retro merch and I. The center preview merch for say the RRRI replacement.

It depends on how well the park is doing by then. There's also still going to be a lot of people who aren't even aware of Epic who are visiting USF and IoA. So I definitely see a need for it to last at least another year or so.

I agree. If they think they can push some merch etc they will. I also wouldn’t be surprised if they had someone booking tickets for it with a tablet in there.

that's funny, I thought the preview center and the model would be gone as soon as the park opened.
I don't know why I just thought it was going to happen sooner. but it makes sense to keep it that much longer.

100%! It’s incomprehensible to us, but there are going to be so many people visiting this December that say “Epic Universal? What is that?”

I remember how I hyped up Diagon before our 2015 trip to my cousin and friends. Were out front and London and I got the snarkiest “is that it? Really dude?” Vibes from everyone. I silently kept walking and walked into Diagon, to the obvious jaw dropping that came from them.

I was one of those people back in the day... I was a passholder I think 2015-2017? Sometime around then. Me and my dad went to the parks a lot. We both NEVER stepped foot in Diagon Alley. We had no idea it was there. Literally would walk past it with no idea lmao. I also wasn't a HP fan back then so that didn't help either

Sometime ago in the Preview Center I heard someone acknowledge a new park was being built, so they understood that part. However, my brain hurt after they expressed concern because they noticed Universal hadn't started moving any of the rides over from the current parks, and so wondered if they'd open it in time for grand opening.
