Paying nearly full price for the privilege of being sardined in the park with some of the most entitled group of people doesn't sound ideal, especially if you're already planning on going in the first few months anyway

Double post, but an important one:

Workaround for paused queue: click on the cart on the top right and then once in your cart click on back to access ticket options.

Oddly, it appears you can now book the Helios grand hotel for earlier dates as well! Was looking at options for our preview and was surprised to see it available now.

Darn I just checked and nothing for the 21st into the 22nd :( . Maybe this means we can indeed show up early to the hotel opening day?

My partner and I annual passes linked to our own accounts in two different queue. It’s saying she’s going to get in before me to purchase. I’m worried she will buy hers and the day will sell out before I can get mine. Is there a way around this?

I got my tickets by calling the ticket office. The hold time said 20+ min, but it only took like 5 minutes.

I will pass. I think it is annoying that rides will break and they take down stuff a lot during previews yet we are paying the same amount as normal. I was hoping for some major discounts for AP previews. Seems like a real stab in the back for AP holders that we won't be able to add Epic or even get a decent discount during previews.

I waited 15 minutes and was able to get in, with April & May dates still available.

I was finally able to get in. About 30 minutes in queue, all dates available at time of purchase (around 12:05pm). I was also on hold with the call center but the queue was faster.

All dates looked available when I purchased about 15 minutes ago. Going Good Friday, price be damned.

Just got April 28 & 29 after about 50 mins in the queue. I am SHOCKED a Universal ticketing queue actually worked for once!

I can’t believe it’s finally happening.

(Now the question is: do I cough up the money for Helios?)

I have tried to scroll thru this thread since I last looked, but don't see do we have any guesses of when we will be able to add Epic to our AP, is Sept/Oct still the thought? Over $600 for our family to visit a single day when previews mean rides are going to be going down seems like a pretty large pill to swallow. I would have expected more of a reduced price for Preview. So it seems we are waiting.
