To add on to what Brian said, I think part of what they will need to know is what people are actually going to do when it's more of a real-life situation.
This isn't a single new ride where they know everyone is going to head straight to that attraction/area. That's why Galaxy Edge had their reserve slots as well when Disney soft'ed in DL and HS
They need to know how to staff appropriately and this park is going to have a lot of changes they are going to need to be ready for. This is their first park designed with Spokes, there are two entrances so you can't get away with opening rides later because it takes people time to get there, there's no one hot ride right now. So they need their TMs to be ready, and they need business operations to be ready.
I don't think any one really knows where the General Public is going to go other than I would probably put Nintendo towards the bottom because it is more of a known commodity. I think you've got a toss up when its gonna come to Berk, Monsters, and Potter
