Yeah, makes sense. Universal, with the terrific WDW expansions looming in the near future, can't afford to fall behind. I think they greatly overestimated what Epic would do, never expected the capacity and constant breakdown issues, and now they have to readjust their game plan. They spent a ton of money on Epic and their market share didn't increase much, if at all. They probably took some United Sea World business, but WDW stayed strong.
