1.) I have to imagine that they destroyed that Creature Puppet as it's really only able to be used for shows, and nothing more.

2.) Improvements to the overall story & Additions that Hollywood doesn't have.

1.) I didn't say it was the same one, but a clone of it with a different skin. The Dinos from WwD were only made for shows as well but now a few of them are on display in the Melbourne Museum for Jurassic World the Exhibition. I believe Creature said they developed a way for them to have their puppets run automatically without live puppeteers.

2.) I sure hope so.

I don't even think average guests will like this... F&F in Hollywood has pretty poor guest satisfaction, I feel like this will be the same.

Universal is very sensitive to GS. Hope this means they are seriously adding to this ride.
Or should I say pimping up this ride. :D

I feel like F&F would have potential if we knew they'd use more practical effects than screens, but we all know what we're gonna get with this ride. It'll be a 360 screen, a vehicle, more screens, etc.

For me Transformers doesn't work as I am already aware of Spiderman, and so the effects don't appeal to me. I don't know how to describe it, but I'm never overwhelmed or even whelmed with Transformers, and I think it's because i've already seen the show - only with Spiderman taking place instead of Transformers. If we get another ride with a 360 screen I worry that the effect will lose it's power, and it'll just be meh

Really? For me Transformers has a completely different pace and more action than Spider-Man. I still like Spidey more but I feel like they coexist nicely. F&F we'll have to wait and see. I hope the rumors of improvements are true.

yeah idk why. I kinda just assume Spidey is the reason i can't really "get" into Transformers. For some reason, as much I try, I can never really feel satisfied with Transformers. Like the ride feels long, but in my head I feel like I've done this already. I guess it's just me, but that's kinda how i feel with that ride. :/

Yeah, Transformers, to me, actually seems more immersive than Spider Man. I feel like I'm actually in the middle of the action, rather than on the edge of the action. That said, I like Spider Man better. More special effects & better sets give Spider Man more re rideability to me. Though Transformers is decent for re rides also. I think there's enough differences between the two rides, especially IP and story wise, and the special effects & sets, that I'm glad they have both of them in Orlando.

Indeed. If not the main part.

The morning the decision was made was quite a fun one if I recall.

Is the steel structure build on the service road or is it just the angle of the photo?

It certainly looks like it's on the service road from the pictures and video i've seen. If true, the show building will be incredibly exposed. If that was the biggest issue with the attraction (like FJ) I could live with it. Unfortunately it seems like that won't be the case.

The side of the mummy soundtage at least has a flat mural of apartment buildings. Maybe the theming on the side will at least make it look better. (Warehouse?)

If UC were WDI then they'd make sure you can't see the exposed building

Look on the bright side; it shouldn't be as bad as what happened with TWDA back at USH in it's exposing..

I'd love to see a pic of what you're talking about. I haven't been since it opened, but from pics I've seen, the building in no way seems to standout.

Exhibit A.) {Note, from IU}

upload_2016-7-31_18-57-46.png

You can notice the showbuilding of TWDA exposed right as you enter from the façade (aka, the box above the ride exit and the Music Hall).

And then right before you enter the indoor section of the line; a portion of the Soundstage that occupies TWDA is exposed too. That, is what I was referring.
