I've noticed a sign out saying it closes early since HHN started. I was surprised to see that was still the case a few weeks ago too.

I finally checked this off last Sunday!!!

The preshows legit made us laugh quite a bit and I loved them. My son liked the "ride"... the rest of us...... wow what a dumpster fire

Universal Studios Florida should be the nostalgia park. I don't know why they don't lean more into this when it comes to actual rides.

Make a new Back to the Future ride and make it really high-tech to today's standards, and put some Jaws references in it and bam, the original park now has Back to the Future, Jaws, and it still has E.T. When people think Universal Studios Florida, they still think of those IPs. Luckily, we did get King Kong back in islands, so this is what I think they should do.

Twister and Twisters are great movies, but they're not nostalgic, at least in my opinion, they're not, and they're not as popular. And Universal obviously really relies on the nostalgia aspect because they're always promoting those classic IPs in their stores and in their parades, so I don't get it.

I have trouble believing the Twister type retheme....But, the rumor could fit a tornado if it takes you to Oz in a Wicked retheme of the attraction.

I will accept only BTTF as a retheme.

Anything else should be a completely different (non-screen-based) ride concept.

I have a few armchair ideas on how they can make a Twister overlay decent, but I think it could be fine if they play it right.

Better yet - use BttF as the foundation for a trip down memory lane of classic movies.

“Board our new tram tour DeLoreon hybrid to visit the sets of classic films.” Something happens in an alternate timeline and those movie concepts become “real life” then you need to keep jumping to get back to the present, meanwhile revisiting Jaws, Twister, Ghostbusters, etc.

Wicked deserves more than a reskinned Supercharged attraction. If Orlando gets wicked its likely going to replace Simpsons.

Hot take but I think Wicked only deserves a mini land and a high-end show. That would be a perfect for the abandoned Toon Lagoon theater. IoA is the only park of the three that doesn’t have any show.

Looking at the glass half full here, maybe they’re saving BTTF for a better concept if this is true?
