I don't think this is a sign of a change. I think construction is now moving towards the walkways and the graffiti signs weren't that great.

It looks like full steam ahead although I still have almost no clue where the destination is.

The reason for the repaint of the fence is a name change of the ride. The new working title is "The line leaving this ride and heading to guest services will be Supercharged, Fast, and Furious"

Well I think so. They had beer in the line both for FJ and Gringotts. Made the waiting more bearable but if you didn't have someone to hold your place in line you could experience some pressure getting back to your place

It only lasted until they realized giving people a thing to hold on a ride you don't get to hold things and giving them no option to stow it just made people angry.
