I'll admit I'm kinda hungry starting this thread, but since there's a food thread for Epic and there isn't one for USH, I'll start one.

I know they sold the mac and cheese cones at the Studio snack stand where they sold the cinnabons. Any possibility of the cones returning at some point? They were pretty good at Epic.

What do people like eating at the park?

For me the Three Broom Stick normally is the best quality in the park for a meal

My good to special drink is Buzz Cola, its tastes good and doesn't cost too much

My Go to Snack is the everything pretzel, pretty filling and under 10 bucks

I avoid Cocina Mexicana it has been a while since I've had this place but back in the day...it was by far the worst Mexican food I've ever had in southern CA and most people Ive talked to haven't been too impressed by it recently so just ignore that place

Haven't been to the park in over a month and looked at the app. Didn't see them?

Three Broomsticks is the best eatery. Always will get the roaster chicken there. Haven't had the ribs there since the park reopened after covid and they were dry. Maybe they got better since then?

Haven't had Buzz Cola in a hot minute! THe carnitas tacos at Bumble Bee are great!

I'll try the everything pretzel next. Do they offer cream cheese with it?

Agreed. Cocina Mexicana sucks.

Went back and looked through my photos and this was taken on 05/07. Maybe you'll be in luck on your next visit!

As someone who has had the Mac n Cheese cones in Epic Universe and loved them, the Hollywood ones don't even come close. Not sure what happened but there's not even a comparison.

In terms of favorite places to eat, it's got to be Three Broomsticks (American breakfast, half chicken plate and fish and chips are all great) and Toadstool Cafe' (Fire flower spaghetti & meatballs, fireball challenge and ? block tiramisu are my go-tos).

I sometimes make the odd excursion to Jurassic Cafe' if I'm feeling nostalgic. As a kid, my friends and I would buy the "all you can eat" wristband, slap it on the guy with the biggest wrist, then pass it off to each other so we could all use it to grab chicken tenders and steak fries and sit on the roof taking in the ambience of the riders splashing down. As much as I love having standard theme park fare as an option somewhere, I am disappointed in how far the Jurassic World menu has fallen since the ride reopened. They had some crazy good stuff like the slow roasted mojo pork and other Costa Rican-inspired plates but over the years that all slowly disappeared in favor of burgers and fries, again. So overall, I have mixed feels about the establishment these days.

Dude yes! I'm so salty they got rid of that! It was my favorite dish in the park at the time and they got rid of it! If I want burger and fries so bad, I'll just go to Mel's, Toadstool, or Krusty burger. I don't understand the need to replace the menu with another burger and fries palate when you have Toodstool a short distance away and you have better burger places elsewhere! I get better (And cheaper) burgers all the time at In N Out, Chili's and Habit (Which is at CityWalk!)

USH unfortunately has a history of downgrading the menu overtime. Gru's Lab Cafe was an example of that before they straight-up replaced it with Minion Cafe.

fwiw- I’ve been told they’re wanting to work on the food inside the park. Move it away from “theme park food” to more of “themed food”. I’m curious to see what Julia Thrash and her team are able to do around the park.

I enjoyed the food I had on our VIP tour at the lounge and Moulin Rouge. Very delicious, but I know that doesn't extend to all the other places.
