I guess I don't see the distinction you're making when they did activations like this just this year haha.

Thats not on Epic's side and they dont promote it to main Fortnite stuff.
There are dozens of maps like that in the ecosystem(McDonalds, papa johns,etc)

Epic releases their tools for free and let's companies development stuff like that

Its not exclusively food either Netflix takes part on it as well they have a One Piece and Gundam promotional thing but Fortnite doesn't promote it or treat it as an actual collab and they have no Gundam or One Piece stuff in actual Fortnite

The Hotdog is such a weird choice for Fortnite
I mean there's a Hotdog character but its such low tier under Burgers, Pizza amd Tacos

Final Peel could be good, im picturing a jelly filled donut buy id expect it to be banana themed which I dont know about

...okay, so what's your explanation for all the Fortnite food that just got unveiled for Horror Nights in Hollywood

I was making a case for why we might not get any, now that they revealed it, it shows that Epic isn't completely against it.

What i posted stands though all that stuff is externally developed by those companies as essentially user content to promote their business in the ecosystem that Epic doesn't promote and isn't in the main Fortnite stuff and its food, movies, TV and even phone companies developing those things to try and get eyes in Fortnite


I think Epic is leaving loads of money on the floor with it but the same could be said of merchandise in general but they let Hasbro eat that up then destroy their shelf pace and then the other company with the master license just sat on the sideline for another 3+ years without releasing anything.
Now this year between HHN, Spirit and a few other companies its having its biggest push in at least 4 years)

Came here to post after seeing Hollywood's preview with Fortnite snacks. I think the preview we got for Orlando was, just that, a preview and there's more to come. I wouldn't be surprised if we got some of the snacks Hollywood is getting too.

Maybe not the Battle Bus Dog since we're getting the Oddfellow Dog but perhaps some of the others or different variations.
