Well all 3 seem to be unofficially confirmed through The Ifrit in Orlando, so that’s good news for us. My bet is The Thing being replaced or Asylum getting shoved for Cult

I don’t think NoES would be coming since Murdy shot that down and it may not be coming to Orlando. My pipe dream is that if we lose a maze our replacement is either The Conjuring 1&2 or The Strangers but that’s probably not happening(I was against Strangers earlier in the speculation game but after seeing both of them it would be so fun on the Tram, SZ, or Maze). If we were to lose anything I’d bet maybe Thing due to budget, however it seems as though they already locked it

Guess the only real thing that can be replaced is Asylum and UCM. Asylum is probably gonna get Cult-ed, but what about UCM? What could replace it at this point?

Edit: Apparently Orlando is getting Alien? What? Is that our replacement, or is that too expensive?

I’m hoping Asylum doesn’t Cult-ed for the sole purpose that Asylum is the one season he always talks about how much he wants to do it. I think it might be the “Political” maze he was talking about, but at the same time an Asylum maze wouldn’t be that hard to design. I think he only hurdle UCM would have to go over is proving to management that they’re worth doing; ugh we just need hints Alex! *jk*

Edit: If UCM were to get scrapped I feel like they could just do a HoB 2 with Insidious, The Visit, & Green Inferno since they could reuse props for about 1/2 of the maze and Green Inferno and Visit wouldn’t be hard to design since they already did HoB in PC last year

The 3 most widely rumored as locked properties are Stranger Things, IT, and Trick ‘r Treat(AHS too although with the shake ups with the leak still not sure on Asylum or Cult). However nothing is confirmed until Universal announces it(sounds like we’re getting one in April though… my bet is UCM or AHS)

Edit: If Asylum were to get the boot would anyone else want a Coven Maze? That would be so fun

I really not sure about mad-munchy cannibals or diaper-throwing grandfathers. I dunno. I wasn't the biggest fan of either of those movies.

Guess I'll be pulling for a surprise property like Channel Zero or Twin Peaks (Just Youuuuuuuu, and etc. etc.)

edit: Coven could be cool, though I'd kinda hope that it doesn't get the big tent if it does come just because I think it can be compacted.

I'm worried about The Thing. I really hope that doesn't get replaced, but I have a really bad feeling about since it always gets replaced.
EDIT: Do you guys feel if Blumhouse Halloween might get replaced? I doubt it might, but I'm just wondering.

Twin Peaks & Channel Zero(which idk why but I feel like it’ll be the dark horse property for 2019) would be good mazes. Yeah Blumhouse was a fun maze but I think they did the most maze-worthy Blumhouse properties last year. And yeah if Asylum were to get cut, Cult and Coven could definitely fit in a smaller area

Just guessing but if its related to the Ennio Morricone hint then maybe The Thing is still a go?

If I recall, Chris also gave a hint about IT.

Also, he liked a comment about Alien being a replacement and Asylum being replaced by Cult, so make of that what you will.
