okay this is random but if shining or exorcist ever came back this year or in the very near future I wouldn’t be mad. I feel that they were good mazes, but they didn’t achieve their full potential. Also just saying, but the ecstasy of gold theme was also used in The Book of Life which is about Dia del los muertos so what I’m saying its a Dia del los muertos maze but idk

Now THAT would be an interesting house. Imagine Pennywise suddenly turning into a spider head or becoming a Clown-Thing(tbh could be a good maze). Honestly who would need AvP when you have IT vs Thing.

Looks to me like he thought you were asking "do you guys sketch your characters" and not "how do you sketch your characters".
When they had Media Preview events in the Globe Theatre (I miss those. At least Orlando still does them), they usually showcased an artist touching up on scareactor designs using Adobe Photoshop on a touchscreen computer and a stylus.

So what property is most likely gonna head up advertising this year, or are they gonna make them share equal space? I’d hope they won’t Walking Dead marketing this year in the sense that one property hogs all the ad space considering how good all of the IP’s are this year

I mean if Stranger Things, IT, and Trick 'r Treat are for sure coming, I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of Sam, Pennywise, and the Demigorgon on lots of promotion. Oh and Michael Myers.

If ST, IT and AHS are all apart of the lineup, I would assume those would headline the event.

Speaking of AHS, each maze so far has had a scare per season based on either the intro or some sort of external material not in the actual season, (EX: Symbol Monkey for Freak Show or Wicker People for Roanoke.) Do you think they'll continue this trend? If so what do you think it will be if we get Asylum or Cult?

Yeah, that would make a lot of sense, I was thinking if we get cult maybe some sort of beehive thing a la Hell comes to Haddonfield's pumpkin.

Given that Orlando's AHS maze, last year, utilized the white nun with black eyes, and the witches on stilts with masquerade masks, like in the promos, it would make sense for Hollywood to follow with those aspects, to beef up their AHS house with more characters.

My hope is that we're getting Asylum as a maze, and for the top scare zone, Cult. That way we can get that season out of our system.

I hope Cult ends up being our Gauntlet this year, as much as Murdy loves The Purge having the new one and Cult in the same year just seems way too political. That and nobody wants Purge for the 6th consecutive year

Literally my reason for hoping it would take a scare zone spot and not a house spot. When you water it down, it's pretty similar to the Purge. Masked murderers getting their kicks killing in a politically-charged atmosphere at night.

Some people also wanna see a Strangers maze, which is thematically different but in terms of a house it’d be wayyy too similar to Cult and Halloween(although it’d be better than the former solely because of the ironic 80s music). Plus with The Purge I don’t know how much more is left to do, they’ve done everything possible with Purge and it’s always the same rehashed thing

At this point, I guess it would be better to have a Cult gauntlet in the Back Lot, so as they could do their Asylum/Coven house in it's normal area. I just really hope that if this year is supposedly the "fan year", they do Asylum over Cult.

From what it sounds like Coven probably isn’t showing up either way, and yeah they’re actually gonna try to make it a fan year they need to do Asylum; especially since Orlando’s section got a lot of consistent praise
