Terror Tram now says its closing at 11:15 PM....so thank the Halloween Gods its back to normal

I get that they're basically just replicating what they did last year, but that's a great deal for the performers playing Art. They're pretty much all in prosthetics, right? That means their call time has to be quite early to make a 5:30 opening.

Hard to believe this is the 18th year that I'll have gone to Horror Nights Hollywood. Folks, we're getting old.

Murdy was the sin-eater for a lot of bad, penny-pinching management decisions in the 10's, so I'm really glad that he gets to go out when HHN is bigger than ever. The last few years haven't been perfect, but they've been big and innovative and exciting in a way that a lot of the immediate pre-Covid years weren't, and I think 2023 is genuinely one of their best years ever.

They're definitely knowledgeable on how big Terrifier is this year. The preview merch sales alone are more than enough for them to catch on.

Fun fact~!

USH has sold out of HHN General Admission tickets for tonight and tomorrow! They have also sold out of Universal Express one-time and Unlimited for the entire weekend.

They have also sold out of Day/Night Combo regular for the 4th, 5th, and 6th; and Day/Night Express for the entire weekend.

The only ticket option available is literally Regular General Admission beginning on Saturday, Day/Night Regular for Sunday, or Ultimate Fear Pass beginning on the 6th.

What I hate about this is even if a maze NOT on this list (say, WWE) opens early, GA people without EE are still denied entry until 7pm (at least, if history from last year still holds true).

We tried to argue that a maze was NOT on the Early Entry list, so we should be allowed to enter as GA if it opens before 7pm, but be prepared for a lot of NOs.

The only exception last year was Montrous... it would often open at 6:45, and they didn't seem to care if you were EE or GA, they let everybody in. Let's hope it's the same this year too, but I'm braced for otherwise.

The event is good this year, WWE Terrifier and Jason all feel like classic HHN to me. Fallout has some good stuff in it, it’s just hilariously short. I somehow missed like every scare in monstrous so I can’t fully judge it. Both repeats are solid, I like the new score in scarecrow. And FNAF clearly had slot of resources put into it, but it feels like a fan fest experience.

I don't see what your frustration here is. GA ticket holders are told that the event will start at 7PM for them. People who buy Early Entry have access to mazes from 5:30 to 7:00. The GA crowd did not buy early entry therefore, they won't get the benefits of those with early entry. Simple as that.
