Unfortunately we don't get house permits flaunted in our face like the east coast.

SS12 should be back. It sits on the edge of both the Creative Campus and that of an active construction site; and I imagine the rent rates should’ve been lowered as a result of sound not being optimal during daytime.

Additionally, the earliest rumors had D&D in SS12, atleast at first.

I think the spyglass with the ghost could actually be Conjuring instead. With the next film coming out during HHN time this year and the films being all about investigating ghosts/demons, it makes the most sense. Yes, it's a WB property but we've gotta also remember that Blumhouse now has a piece of the pie as well...

i’d love this to be true. but it’s almost certainly scream.
