Pyramid head is not supposed to be a giant. Here is a picture from Silent Hill 2, which is the first game that he was in.

Another from the PS3 game Homecoming

He is described as seven feet tall according to the developers. Now granted, that's not physically impossible, but's it's also uncommon.

Considering I live with one of the actors that was in 'Creations of the Damned' I can vouch that very few of the actors were under 6'4".

That's impressive. I'm going to really hope that this is a similar case, then.

If they did stilts they wouldn't have to be tall ones, they have pairs that are 12", 18", and 24"s to start off.
I am 6' and I just use my shorter pair, all he way down, that add 18" to my height which is more than enough to tower over people.

Or do like the movie and make large gigantic platform shoes for the character to stand/walk on..Go to 9:00 on the vid to see how they did it

PH doesn't ever move very fast in the games, he is mostly just menacing and something you don't want to run into..unless you like game overs

I hadn't thought of that. I never bother to check out Hollywood's walktroughs, but I think I will this time around. I'll probably be checking out last year's house on YouTube, then.

I wasn't surprised. I remember those houses having stilts. I was just thinking out loud for this year.

But though I now know about the stilts in Hollywood's Cooper House, I still hope to see stilts in Silent Hill. Pyramid Head is HUGE. Unless they can hire a giant, I don't think they'd be able to find an actor naturally big enough to fill the roll. But that's just my OCD talking.

Here's a walkthrough of Alice Cooper Hollywood an they used stilts in various rooms. Skip to 1:21

Aha! Thank you. I'll be watching the full thing later, but the portion with the stilt actor looks quite interesting, enough. I'll be terrified of those masks/helmets for sure. I think I'll really enjoy this house.

Ok, so I watched the full run through of W2MN and that's one awesome house. I can see a stiltwalker being in the tent as I think there is plenty of room for one.

And the best part of W2MN that you can't get from the walkthroughs is just how truly amazing the music and sound design was. Engrossing.
