Well, it wasn't all for AWiL. They've used Evil Takes Root for all of the houses minus Resident Evil so far. I'm still not sure what's going on there.

Pretty much. It just seems like a really odd marketing plan, but I guess in the end it will appease those who aren't "in the know".

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the only one that had one in 2007 was Nightmare on Elm Street? I can't remember a year that has had two queue videos since 2007. Hmm.

Sort of had 2 last year, although Walking Dead's was pure promotional footage.

Didn't Texas Chainsaw Massacre have clips set up? May be entirely wrong, I didn't attend that year. If it wasn't 2007, 2006 had multiple videos...

Walking Dead doesn't so much count to me because it was literally a commercial. Like, not even a "let's catch you up," it's a blatant commercial. Half the things you saw in those vids were not seen in the house. Cabin in the Woods shouldn't suffer the same problem since they said they were going to film some new footage to establish your role in the story...

Yeah TCM had some clips set up, and Im pretty sure no event since then has had two queue vidoes (unless you count how three lines in 2008 shared a video).

The queue video adds so much and Im glad we will be getting some this year. My favorite was Zombiegeddon's but I think Im in the minority.
