The lack of Studio Screamers mention has me concerned.

Ya and the miniatures in the Fallout and FNAF merch pic don't really look like studio screamers to me

Out of the years to have a series, too... Jason, Art, Freddy would've been great Screamers.

The doors of the Palace Arcade could be opened from the front facing the street and used as an entrance/exit for the Tribute Store and continue using the far doorway as another entryway (the one that is by the bathrooms near the pizza place). Everyone’s focused on the door connecting to the Munmy exit being open but they could simply leave it closed as it is now and separate the two that way.

If Universal does plan on using that door to get people in and out I was thinking they could use stanchions to direct people leaving the ride directly to the Mummy gift shop exit door, or at least prevent them from immediately going left after the first on-ride photo checkout kiosk and allow guests the option to go that way further into the room. It would require rearranging the gift shop a little first.

I would’ve suggested maybe splitting that doorway in half so people exiting would use the left side towards the lockers and people coming in from the street could use the right side of the door but it’s a tight space.

Yeah, my concern mainly lies in where they will direct people exiting the ride - not necessarily the Mummy gift shop doors!

I definitely am not expecting this Tribute Store to be as well-themed or flowing like the others - just not sure it's possible in this location.

That merch preview and the lack of Screamers really makes me think I’ll be buying far less then ever before. I love Fallout, but even that merch selection looks underwhelming - needs more Vault Boy.

Don’t they usually have a couple general HHN designs without the IPs? Did I miss those? I know we saw a street shirt…

They do, though if memory serves they're not rolled out or promoted as early as the IP-based merchandise.

Tribute Store theme and location confirmed:

Well I’ll flat out admit I was very wrong on thinking this would not be the full tribute store. Did not think they’d actually go for it. As everyone else has said, it really doesn’t make sense how this layout is the best option for them. It’s even weirder that they teased a bigger tribute store to celebrate the 10th anniversary.

Not sure if this has been answered but is there any room behind the arcade that we don’t know about? The bathrooms are directly behind the arcade aren’t they?

There will almost certainly be more merchandise than what's shown here. Both for general event stuff as well as specific IP merch.
