Do they ever make announcements for Original Scare-zones? Aside from just "revealing" them when the Full website goes up.

Not really (other than Murdy mentioning them once or twice on Twitter). The IP-based scare zones, however, are nearly treated like mazes in terms of buzz. News sites wouldn't shut up about the Chucky and Purge zones from last year.

But seriously, every year except for 2011, Chucky has made some sort of appearance at HHN. I doubt they will cease the tradition. If there's no shows, they'll probably bring his emporium back.

You can consider The insult emporium a show of itself, if it comes onto the Metro sets as a little bit of entertainment while your waiting for either Walking dead or AlienVPredator; it could work into itself, but we'll see..

I asked Murdy years ago (via twitter, so I do still have his reply) if he would ever do Alien and he said he knew and respected Stan Winston too much to ever try to recreate his creature. I don't think he'd go back on his word, even if that was said years ago.

I agree. I don't get why they've never done a stand alone Child's Play/Chucky maze like they did in Orlando. Universal has the rights to all his movies except the first, plenty of content. I guess he's been received as less of "scare" and more of a "comic" over the last decade.

I hope they bring it. I see that Giger created the original Alien and Stan Winston did the Queen in the sequel. Being that Winston did the Predator as well, an AvP maze would really go against what Murdy originally said, but I see it more as paying homage to both deceseased creators and fans would honor and love it. Didn't Murdy also mention that one of the mazes has so many special effects, that it needs it's own storage room inside of the maze? Souds epic.

Can't wait to see the puppet to actor ratio in this one. The Predator has always had a creepy looking face when unmasked. Not looking forward to having one towering over me. *shudders*

I hate the General Public so much. We're getting two of the most iconic monsters ever put on Screen and they're saying they want Freddy vs Jason instead of this becuase this "isn't horror."

ADI is working with Boneyard Effects to recreate the Aliens and Predator (they are also using the original molds). It pains me to know the GP probably doesn't know what a big deal that is.
