That's actually the staircase that I mentioned being there on 9/24. I don't know if it has moved in between then and now, but it was there on opening night of HHN.

I'm sure they're inspecting the track primarily for any dents. It's totally temporary.

Ladder is definitely temp, but I doubt its for dents, something is REALLY up with this ride and its getting on my nerves they haven't said anything yet.

Vyrus, I'm pretty sure we know all the problems from the guy who stated that he either works on or knew people who work on the ride, so we can just speculate the date until either it comes, or Universal states it. :|

(10/13/10) I’m not quite sure what to make of this exactly, but a reader reports in that the survey crew was spotted taking measurements at the Hollywood Rockit coaster site near the lift hill tower and non-inverting loop. Could they be planning to rebuild some sections of the coaster? Certainly something could be done to improve this section of the ride to eliminate all the valleys that take place coming out of the non-inverting loop. Of course there are those ever-persistent rumors about some kind of structural problem that may have been found with the ride as well…

Its not permanent thought, its only brought out when needed, but its interesting that it is there now when the ride isn't running.

It's amazing how the lader is in plane site for well over 6 months... and it gets noticed when the ride gets closed for mysterious maintenance work...

Question, when they built rockit they painted over all the weld markings where they connected the track together right?

:look:I think they did, every time I bring him up to anyone who worked in marketing / PR during that time quickly changes the subject :-X
