How is this off topic?

Question: Has Rockit been running during the Mardi Gras concerts? I would like to know to better plan my trip this Saturday.

It has a set closing time for entrance to the queue, but it does end up running throughout the concert to empty the queue.

In that case we should not have Christian events because they could be offensive, we also should not have Mardi Gras because that is offensive and if those two are offensive we definitely should not have a Halloween event. It is Christian music, and it might or might not be permanent but even if it is guess what...nobody is forcing you to listen to it.

It is cool that they are adding this for the event. I imagine that one of the existing catagories will be changed to "Rock The Universe" or something clever like that. And have 6 songs from the top headliners from the event.

Will they change the queue video to show the new choices and exclude the removed choice? Or will they just loop the safety spiel animation with the band choice cut out?

One thing that everyone seems to be ignoring is the big picture. As hoped and thought, Universal can and may add different soundtracks for other events such as Halloween Horror Nights (remember the big HHN soundtrack wishlist thread?).

I think you guys are completely underestimating Universal on this they will most likely add a category of RTU music while keeping the other songs. They won't make it all RTU there will be other choices. They aren't stupid.

Even if they do change to Christian music they would probably only keep it running during the event. It starts at 4 so when that time comes they can reset the ride to change to the RTU music. Then the next day it will be running normal until 4 again. I don't see what the big deal is if they do something like that.

Rode today, train 5, front row, it was insanely fun and it wasn't that rough at all.

I don't think it was rough at all, maybe for just a split second going up the non inverted loop but the rest was great. I was also in the very front so that could have been a factor.

Because not closing rides doesn't alienate customers or lose them business. Only having Christian songs would therefore Universal isn't stupid.

I rode today 3 times and there was no roughness at all. Yesterday someone threw up all over one of the trains and it took them half an hour to clean it up, and I was the next in line!

Other then that, Rockit has been really enjoyable (and not rough) over the past 2 days.

I also had a smooth ride yesterday. Not quite sure what train I rode though.

Is that from the USF Facebook?

I wouldn't mind riding HRRR with Phantom of the Opera or the Chicken Dance playing in my ears
