Its a dang good coaster, just a shame that it will NEVER reach its full potential or full capacity of 7 trains, I think the track is TOO short to be able to accomodate the 7 trains which is why the max is usually 5.

Agreed, at times there aren't even 5 on the track depending on conditions and break downs. That said it's still easily my fav coaster at Universal (Including IOA). I don't get dizzy or out of breath on it like I do on Hulk and it feels alot longer than Dragons. I'm headin up there on Fri. and am thinkin about sneakin on my ITouch so I can listen to the songs I want to listen to. Wonder what they will do if they find out I'm usin my ITouch on the ride? What would be the punishment?

A lost iTouch....just use the secret song list, there are a ton of songs including Blue Man Group, Metallica, and even the Muppets to name a few.

On Saturday it was AMAZINGLY smooth! I didn't get to look at the train number.
But, when I tried to do a secret song I held the logo for 10 seconds and it made 3 beeps and did nothing. I tried 3 times, the same thing. So I had to listen to the default song. :(

I rode yesterday when I got my pass upgraded for my birthday (I saved up and now I'm a Preferred passholder!) and I got Row 6, and it was surprisingly smooth. I was happy. :)

Rode last night, sign said 45 minutes, waited about 30. We luckily got the front row for a night ride, which was pretty cool and really smooth (probably because we were in the front), except our train lights turned off right after the treble clef, so that was a disappointment. I tried the secret song technique and I couldn't get the screen to come up, so I just listened to Crystal Method.

I was there Fri. and got to ride The Eyesore 3 times, unfortunately the 3rd time I got the rough train. I know it was the rough train because I could feel the difference. It felt like my lapbar was about to come loose. Pretty bad, but still a great ride. They definently need to do something about that one train though. I also tried to do the secret song list...No Luck.

I agree, HRR is one of the most enjoyable coasters i've ever been on. Unfortunately, some have expectations that are far too high for coasters...

My beef with the ride is how much was cut back and underperformed. It was supposed to be longer, and have 2 different coaster tracks, and the themeing was a lot better (LED banner, Hollywood letters). Now we have a rather bland themed coaster which has had a array of issues since before it even opened. Anyone who says HRRR is a top 5 coaster is a Universal fan boy.

If HRRR worked as it was intended, then I would agree. Since it doesn't, I won't.

Im not saying its a top 5 coaster, but it is still a very enjoyable ride. Also, recently the coaster has been down much less then usual, even in the intense spring break crowds.

See, it shouldn't have these issues to begin with. It's not even 2 years old.
