I think the size is good for the amount of people that will most likely be going in there. California Adventure has a Starbucks that's just as big and it's always busy. To each their own though!

Starbucks is looking great.  Beautiful store.  All the table and chairs are out, every shelf is stocked including refrigerated items and the napkins, sweeteners, stirrers, etc. are ready to go.  Just a little more work to do on the menus, I think, and it should be ready.

How is it "too big"? It's going to be crowded and it's in a theme park.

...It seems more that its only a one floor complex. If theres a issue in my book; it seems more massive, but I guess that may be for a open-air aspect possibly?

This area looks wonderful at night. Can't wait for the Cartooniversal side to receive the same treatment.

I seriously doubt it's a copy + paste of what a separately park owned park in Germany is getting….especially if it's just a calendar.

There has been an announcement at Wondercon that John Murdy and Chris Williams will be there to announce a brand new attraction at USH. Looks like that Walking Dead experience will be announced at last.

Universal really needs to move away from the year round haunt nonsense. It's lazy and cheap.

This goes to show that they refuse to change and push the envelope.

I believe one Universal executive said at at press conference that "we're putting the pedal to the metal." If this is what putting the pedal to the metal is...then I give up.

What does everyone think about a year-round maze? Does it fit with Universal's current roster of attractions?

I'm not opposed to a year-round maze, personally. It'll let me get my haunt fix in the off season at least.

I personally enjoy haunted houses and I miss having my year-round haunt fix. I'm actually looking forward to this.

I wouldn't mind a year round maze, however, i just don't want it to be Walking Dead... I feel HHN can be a very creative (as seen last year) with the property, but that Uni will ultimately leave this attraction to decrease in quality due to play laziness, unless of course they find a way to refresh it yearly with new scenes, etc. That'd be nice.

I would love to have another year-round haunt, especially if it's themed to TWD. I just don't know if I'd say it really fits with the current attraction roster.

A year-round haunted attraction is always welcome, though I was kinda hoping it'd be a ride-through haunt similar to Haunted Mansion as opposed to another walk-through, but.. hey, it gives us an HHN fix year-round :)

I mean; I am albeit bummed on TWD being the IP..my drawback; and I hope to god they do, is that they incorporate some elements of RE: The Real from Japan to this Perm-Haunt. I also do like that there'll always be a horror mix though, even with it being for just the offseason. But; that's my main two cents. And who knows, I could eat my words come HHNXI, but I am hopeful; but worried at the same time.

is there any kind of entrance to the venue space through the studio store at all? Or will it most likely only be from the side of the building?
