seems like the Kong construction and Pandora started about the same time and look to be about in the same stage..it will be interesting to see the progress of both...obviously Kong will be smaller in scale so it should finish before pandora

The first concept art was presented fall of last year and the groundbreaking ceremony was January of this year.

regardless when it was announced construction started about the same time..just think it will be interesting to see how each get built...btw this is not a uni vs disney nerd question

I want to bring this up as this is from one of my sources. He works in the Financial Department of Universal Orlando so i'll leave it at that.

There is a time-line for the new King Kong attraction for the park.

Late 2015-Early 2016

I can't say much of the ride as other insiders can't either but this will be one of the best rides in Universal Orlando.

It probably wouldn't because frozen is going to get WAY more recognition than kong even if it sucks. It's best that these openings are as far away as possible
