Well we have seen comcast willingness to spend. Once this idea comes to fruition, im sure they dont mind signing of 50 million more to get the AA's, abduction, 360 degree sets and more.

I think this will bring in a huge crowd.

Another question I have is what does this mean to the future of IOA. the park was supposed to be based off of literature, does this mean that they dont care about that idea anymore? Was Kong literature before it was a novel? Does this mean they would bring something like WOW to toon lagoon if they cant get LOTR?! :'(

Im sure whatever it is they will do, it will be awesome... they arent going to build DA then backtrack with a land that isnt at par or even better than the last.

Well he said it was below $200, but significantly higher than $100. That implies to me somewhere in the $130-$150 range.

And since when has the abduction been labeled as a never before scene crazy effect??? We're blowing that out of proportion based on the things WE'RE hyping.

That's not really a fair comparison though since Snow White is a part of the Disney Princesses brand, a franchise which makes billions every year...

And how is the Mine Train specifically bringing in Snow White fans to buy magic mirrors and red apples? Isn't that what many are questioning? The profitability of adding an attraction from an IP like this?

All I know is Universal/Comcast said recently we can expect them to pump hundreds of millions into the resort each year for years to come. And since we currently don't have Universal Vacation Club, I'm guessing a chunk of that is going into new attractions.

I've never seen a rider get abducted from a ride before, so I was assuming it was a never-before-seen effect

...unless that was just a typo and I'm looking too far into it. If the guides are getting abducted, ok, no big deal. But I took that to mean the monkey was going to pick up the ride vehicle or something like that.

I wish I could answer this but I cannot at the moment. To be totally honest there is just to much going on at the moment to keep on track, and the dates are all just out of whack! I'll try better to get some clarification to share.
