By the way a week ago HTF posted this piece of concept art for universal Dubai featuring a rollercoaster with a giant King Kong AA in the center https://mobile.twitter.com/hatetofly/status/461962161518940162/photo/1 could this be a sign of a giant kong in Florida? I sure hope so

I have been guessing that the new rune stones are for the walkway to the station... or somewhere in that vicinity. In this instance, they wouldn't be a change, but a decorative addition to a brand new area.

Good thinking Teebs. Of course they won't be spending money just to spend it. But there are other factors besides generating revenue, especially when dealing with their golden goose.

There will be some plussing around the resort thanks to Comcast, and obviously, some will be for Potter. I expect that these rune stones were always planned though.
