I assume it will do better because of kids but....yeah I like when companies try to make family films and not films for kids

Like the the first Lego movie is how to surprise people with how good a weird idea can be...this looks like it will be a 6/10 film

Someone on the Reddit thread about this said it looks like a Super Bowl ad, and I think that's kinda all that has to be said about this. It's gonna be the most profitable video game movie adaptation ever anyways though.

Surely all is right in the world--and that this was a better option as opposed to maintaining a long and intimate relationship with a longtime business partner.

Because they were scared of competing with Minecraft: Story Mode if they decided to just make it animated completely.
