PCL does so much BIG work in the parks, and Nassal has the specialty business of rock work, themed elements, etc., so it seems like a good fit with so much work on the horizon for all the major players.

Theme park fabricator Nassal Cos. has been sold

Orlando-based firm Nassal Cos., known for its work fabricating theme park environments, has been bought by PCL Construction, a powerhouse in the general contracting and construction industry.
