That long of a line for a store... I can only imagine how nuts things are going to be when this land opens up in Uni

If I had to guess, its on the info and the date that he got for Orlandos iteration that he has wrong, as I believe its been said on here of Woody hitting the asphalt when Kidzone closes, no?

Yeah, I pay no attention to Screamscape. He's like the proverbial blind squirrel.He starts "so many" rumors that one's bound to come true someday. Maybe at one time, earlier in the internet game, his views were worth something, but rarely anymore.

Yes, it's odd ... one the one hand he wants to be objective and credible, just present what is more or less known; then on the other hand, he comes up with the craziest speculations or buys into the worst rumors.

Just posting this for fun, but the colour of the pipes etc in this video is exactly how I picture them hopefully looking in a real-world scenario

Love that video. Would be cool if they had some sort of interactive area where you could jump into pipes and catch coins, etc.

Same here. Then eventually worked up the nerve to join OU (I usually don't interact much) and been loving it!

Yes, the work Lance does for the community is great and under appreciated. He's a long time fixture of the theme parks and I've been visiting the site forever.

Conversely, a lot of his info he gets from anonymous submissions or sources with mixed track record. He's pretty good with information from local parks but stumbles with Disney and Universal more recently

I like screamescape as a snapshot of whats going on industry-wide. If something gets posted about a park and I want to know more info, I'll search out that parks insider forum and dig deeper. There are probably hundreds of parks worldwide. No way he can actually research whats going on at every one of them. So yeah, he's not going to have sources that the insiders here have and he sure can't read through the thousands of pages here to make sure he posts what Teebin, HTF, or what some other insider said is going to happen. Then to repeat it for every single park? Just not feasible. That means getting tips and rumors and posting with your best guess. Just remember, even this board's insiders get it wrong sometimes and no one trashes them as hacks.

Right or wrong, who cares if it's creating conversation and fulfilling all of our needs for more of a park we all care for and love.

I laugh at some of his stuff but it's all fun for me. Why do we love these parks? For me - it's an escape. It's all fun.
