Some of these areas in New Donk City from the Odyssey game remind me of American Ninja Warrior courses. It would be interesting if they did some sort of tie in eventually on the show. Nintendo has been making videos and commercials comparing what Mario does to parkour for the past few years.

I've been watching some Super Mario Odyssey gameplay videos and man that game looks so creative! Also I'm getting some Mario 64 and Sunshine vibes from it. Looks like its going to be awesome!
