The reasoning of the delay, is because of the OS not being able to handle the new power upgrade.

Might mean the Pro is more extensive than some may be thinking..

In the end, I don't think this will have as big a impact in the near term as expected. Switches are already sold in China so those who want them already have them. The only "benefit" of this is perhaps a larger proliferation of IP based content.
