^ At this point, I'd try not to touch your phone if the battery is low. Call every other day and hope that Universal will send it back with persistence.

If you want to try another method, you could go directly to the ride itself to tell a team member and maybe that will trigger another chain of command since it seems like Guest Relations isn't responding.
