Wait, they've been doing construction on Fung Lum?

At the beginning of the video from the last update from Santa Clarita Drone back in December shows them excavating the hillside up to the Fung Lum plot. Judging by the concept art and comparing it to the video, I believe the new campus from their Evolution Plan will occupy some or all of that plot.
