I only ask because it looks like there are hills which don't really exist outside of Lake County and that one goes up over Lake County.

It could well have been, I'm terrible with directions and places but I remember being near Celebration at one point

You can see how far it goes down in the picture; 2 1/2 feet! I wish it went somewhere but in the summer, lower than 10 feet and you would be under water or end up in a limestone cave or both.

Edit: My later statements were a bit of an exaggeration, but only a bit.
