Important info for anyone visiting Busch Gardens Tampa; the park has lost power and is not allowing entry at this time.

Not just a partial outage, but total.

At the park. Power went off about 5 minutes after opening, the surrounding area is also out. They put out cornhole and jenga for kids to play with and the hospitality house is open with power.
Edge of Africa and the back half of the park are still closed.

So a la Jurassic Park, now they need to find an employee to go and reset the breakers and hope he doesn't get eaten by the wild animals :grin:

Apparently the outage was caused by a squirrel.
Which is kind of hilarious considering Busch Gardens' April Fools joke.

Apparently the outage was caused by a squirrel.

That squirrel was the Dennis Nedry of Busch Gardens' IT system, committing corporate espionage to get back at park management for not paying him enough acorns.
