Prop in Junkyard Behind USO

On Google Earth, I was looking at the junkyard behind MIB and the Sprung Tents. On the imagery from 10/15/2012, I found a strange prop in the junkyard. It is large, shaped somewhat like a cartoonish person, and is red and white. I have been trying to figure out what this is, but frankly, I have no clue. Does this item look familiar to anyone here?

Thanks! This was really bugging me. I remember seeing it in KidZone like this, but I had no idea it was gone.

I bet it was to hard to keep kids from trying to climb on it.

Some parents seem to feel they paid for this and their kids should be allowed to run wild.

^ amen to that, even adults feel that way. Can't tell you how many times I've seen dumbasses climb ontop of the JP jeeps for a photo

Correct. It was demo'ed earlier this year due to it's continued deterioration.
