I have to think that the scaffolding will come back up. It doesn't look finished to me.

I would say that the unfinished area is where the scaffolding was in the way. The rest has to be finished with lifts and small cranes. Is it Nassal doing the work? I cannot recall if they were handed the contract too.

It's starting to look like a big NY skyscraper! The marquee will sell it well.

While the ride will be an acceptable addition and eat more people than twister- I'm actually most excited about this facade and the update to New York in general. Looking fantastic.

Eh, I don't think this will eat more people than Twister. In fact, if it is just two flying theaters, I imagine the capacity to be on the lower end for the park.

How many could Twister handle for one show?

I think Twister would have the higher capacity but it doesn't mean anything if few people are willing to ride it out.

I agree. How many "could" twister hold and how many "did" twister hold are two entirely different answers the majority of the year.

Still, I would really like to know. Could the main room hold 150 people? Someone here must know...

Exactly, no one can know how well a show will work until it does or doesn't. The guests will decide what they like better. I have always maintained that I can only tell you about upcoming components but not if the final show will be good. Even the producers and directors won't know how it will be received.

I think Twister could hold 300 per show. When I did the control booth tour they said there was about 250 and it looks like 80% full. They also said it could run 12 shows an hour ideally but they never ran that many when she got older out of fear of breakdown. So in its prime twister could do 3600 an hour, and before it closed it ran 6 shows an hour for 1800. So it ate people alright.

not too excited for the ride, but it's gorgeous! I absolutely love how this will look in the park. A much better looking attraction than Twister (from the outside)

A ride can't eat people that don't go on it though. The math is great but doesn't represent a constant representation of guests who believed the ride was re-rideable, which isn't many people.
