The fact that the black wall is down and with the ropes being the only restraint left leads me to believe they are going to try to get this attraction open for softs by Presidents Day.

It makes sense in many decrees, and if I'm not mistaken; that's what Hollywood was aiming to get for when Hogsmeade was softing over there.

I was surprised to see the windows open and that they open at all.
