I might be in a minority here, but I can't see the big deal (unless I am missing something). Don't get me wrong, improvements are good, but it seems people thinks this really important, or am I misreading sarcasms?

Once they found the ancient Indian burial grounds under the oasis it became a very big deal. If they can get a tribe to adopt this as a reservation all sorts of possibilities open up......

On the other hand it seems they changed the original plans, tore down the block wall they had built, poured new footings and are now installing the steel structure that looks suspiciously like what they had there before.
Well we will see what happens when they pull down the walls. I hope it is a new casino with robotic drink servers......

Is this for that Restaurant that was rumored to be from the original plans for the Men in Black area? The "M" is the gift shop, the "I" is for restrooms, then food would be the "B". I think.... Hopefully. I'd love to eat at MIBurgers, but Krusty's almost next door
