There will be a slight overlay/reference in Animal Actors. Between that and merch popping up I would not expect much more unless it is a mega hit.

If Animal Actors is really getting a Secret Life of Pets overlay, that's pretty major actually. I don't think the show has had any changes since they removed the Animal Planet branding, no?

Oh shows my research lol, thanks for the info. still that's a big gap from dory and I'm sure it'll have little to no competition with kids movies when it releases.

Animal actors overlay is lame, as long as they get actual animals to look like the ones in the movie then it's pointless. I never liked the show anyways though so whatever

Reason I can easily see an Animal Actors Segment devoted to. Go to 58 seconds.
Anyone else see a bit that looks familiar from the show that looks like synergy potential?

There's zero info on a SLoP overlay to Animal Actors.

Yeah I don't see them overlaying something they plan on getting rid of fairly soon. lol

That is just someone's wish, not an actual rumor.

Maybe Animal Actors could be move to Fear Factor?

They need to get rid of both, desperately.

Fear Factor is easily the worst show in Orlando, and last time I saw Animal Actors, it wasn't a great deal better. AA worked in the 90s but times have moved on. FF was garbage the day it opened.

They could easily feature interstitials from the characters throughout the show. It'd be an easy form of cross promo, something they don't take advantage of enough sometimes in the parks.

I miss AA shows, seriously they are all awesome in my book. Could you imagine one with modern tech? That's something I would love to see come back in theme parks today. Such a dying art form

AA works much better in Hollywood, where it's a very intimate auditorium. Orlando's feels way too large and less personal.

LOL.... I have been seeing this on new posts and thinking you were crazy. I thought you meant Audio Animatronics work better in Hollywood in an intimate setting. I thought the most horrid things about the post and then decided to check the context. Shame on me. ;)

I totally agree, it's works 10x better in hollywood. Animal shows are best closed quarters, not in huge theaters

Which is why Pets Ahoy Theatre works so well at Sea World. This wouldn't be a bad idea for a universal.

I'm going to wavier that you are going to make it your effort to go ride it next year, just to experience it?

It really seems that TSLoP is going to be a real treat for Hollywood, considering that its the first time that the Trackless Tech will be used to that special scale that's rarely used..

If it's opening next year it's already under construction then?

Well..Not really.

Trailers are now at the area (think of trailers for projects like Hulk and more) so we should start seeing the attraction building go vertical within the next 3 to 4 weeks.

And I am referring to the Hollywood iteration.

This is not going to be an 11 month build. A bit more intricate than Transformers.

The good thing is that since 28s Demolishment; they have seemed to got all the plumbing for that area done, so its the matter of ripping the asphalt and going vertical. Now, what could be the process for making the interior work done is the mystery.

I'm not convinced that Universal knows they want it yet...

Who said anything about next year for anywhere? And where did the trackless rumor begin?
